Personality: Felicity has always been inquisitive to her core. Her grandmother used to say she was destined to be a reporter. She never leaves any stone unturned, hungry for information. She needs to follow things to completion, or else it will hound at her. She’s got a wit about her that nobody predicts when they first meet her. Her dry sense of humor often seeps out from her sentences, unable to keep herself from saying something sarcastic. She usually isn’t the first to talk though, she lets others do that. She much prefers to wait for the perfect moment to interject. It’s hard for her to trust others, she’s always looking for a meaning behind their words or actions. She’s infinitely dedicated to things that she cares about. She’s compassionate, and will often put others before herself. She would rather work in a team than alone. Though if her team is incompetent she’ll usually sway the other way.
As a leader she’s very focused on being involved and available. She prefers to focus on the needs of the individuals in her cabin, rather than the expectations and goals of the cabin itself. She’s not an authoritarian, and rather believes that sometimes the rules can be wrong. If someone misbehaves she tries to find the root of the problem instead of punishing a symptom.
