Come on in, the water's fine.

Evangaline was currently just relaxing by the pool, as others swam around and splashed the water at each other. All of the laughing was getting on her nerves, honestly. It wasn't that she didn't like that other people were happy, it was just... well, they were people, and people tended to annoy her. She was currently wearing a black two piece, her long blonde hair left to do it's own thing as it fell freely down her back. She sighed. Usually she came here with someone, but all of the people that she normally hung out with were busy with other things.

Sticking her toes into the pool cautiously, she would find that the water was just the right temperature. Warm, but not to warm, cool, but not to cool. She stood up and jumped in, letting the water surround her and drown out the noise until she resurfaced.

Ray was walking into the swimming pool with a lazy look in her eyes. She was wearing a simple two piece and her dark brown hair was in a messy braid. Once she was inside she was almost walking out again. She leaned her back to a wall closing her eyes before she looked over the pool.

Sighing to herself she walked over to the water seating herself on the edge having her feet in the water. She was judging if she really needed to swim or maybe she could just take a jog? That would be more beneficiant if you took account for the people already in the water.

Ah, the silence, the comfort of the water... All to soon it seemed she was coming up for air, swimming to the edge and wiping her face with her hands. That's when she would notice the brown haired girl sitting beside her. "Oh, hi there," she said with a smirk.

Ray eyes trailed the blond girl who came swimming. A smal frown appeared on her face before she settled on a more neutral 'I don't care' look. She gave her a tiny nod and even said "hi" before her eyes turned to look at al the people. Briefly she wondered why people bothered to put so much effort in relationships building, but then she remembered that most worked better with a certain bond. Some people just needed other to cope with their everyday struggle.
